Nigerian Government Service Wide Circular Portal

The Technical Assistant to the Head of service of the Federation, Reached out on the need for a platform which will have all the offical circular and government communication in Nigeria in a single searchable repository. The vision is to aid the communication of government directives and preserve institutional memory in the Nigerian Federal Service. To achieve his vision the adoption of OCR technology to enable the scanned PDF file to become searchable was pursued and sucessfully implemented.
